Hootsuite can really free up your time if find yourself posting to multiple social sites, just schedule your posts for the best time and focus on other aspects of your business.

Dustin Moskovitz, Facebook co-founder, is behind this brilliant creation. This project management program is one of the best if not the best. It is easy to manage mulitple projects, tasks, users, and the overall functionality of it is outstanding. They have iphone and android apps and it’s all free.

Running an email or newsletter campaign with Mailchimp is something every business owner should do. It’s easy to import your email lists from anywhere, including constant contact, they have easy to use tools for designing your media, top notch data tracking, and best of all it’s free for up to 2,000 subscribers.
